Unbelievable Scenes of Cars Hit From Above

Unbelievable Scenes of Cars Hit From Above

Come damn unbelievable car accidents, or accidents that the cars were subjected to......

Are all of you folks wondering how that rock smashed this poor Toyota Yaris? Apparently, a lorry loaded with rocks accidentally dropped the 8 ton stone on the small car. "The driver said he looked in his mirror and saw the rock slipping but it was on the car before he could do anything. If anyone had been in it, they would not have stood a chance," said a photographer who saw the whole thing. The good news is that the Yaris was parked, but the bad news came after the driver saw it.

Diana Durre of Chambers, Nebraska died after a 75-foot (23 m) Taco Bell sign fell on top of the truck cab she was in. The pole broke at a welded joint about 15 feet (4.5 m) above the ground owing to strong winds. The sign fell right on top of the quad-cab pickup. Diana was meeting a Wyoming couple to sell them some dogs. They had agreed to meet in North Platte, Nebraska at about 1 p.m., "right underneath the big Taco Bell sign." North Platte's Animal Control Division took two Yorkie dogs to the shelter. The Wyoming couple showed up after the accident.

A giant Nike soccer ball falls on top of a car and completely destroys its body. The ball was hanging on the top of a store, in front of which the car was parked, when suddenly the support loosened and the ball fell on the car.

Imagine a car hit and flipped by a wreckling-ball… something that could be seen in a lot of Hollywood blockbusters. But in this case it's a real accident in the streets of New York City. A Dodge minivan that entered a closed construction zone in Manhattan was accidentally hit and flipped over by the wrecking ball as onlookers watched in horror and ran for cover. The driver escaped with minor injuries.

Was this a new AC installation for the car gone wrong? Actually, a tornado ripped an enormous air-conditioning unit off a high school roof and deposited it, Wizard of Oz style, on top of this car.

This is why you don't want to use your phone while driving! Bizarre accident between cell phone and Mercedes in Russia.

This gigantic fork fell from the sky and struck this red car.

Flying boat.

Giant muffin crushes car.

This looks like a weird accident but it's actually a street art installation by D'Face on Brick Lane in London.

Kikli kalerdi
Hat gayi heer di
Raanjha kare cheat ji
Kare na parwaah
Hey top gear gaddi
Chick chotti vadi
24/7 bas kudiya fasaye
Jhanka jhanki kari
Taaka taaki kari
Two timing kare patha ullu da
Kya neelu kya babli
Kya pinki kya kamli
Dekhte hi baje baje ghanti
Kikli kalerdi
Karda hai rap ji
Kudi nu sad ji

Zindagi ka maksad hai mera bas kudiya patana
Kaale sheshe wali gaadi me unko ghumana
Koshish nahi main karta
Ladki pat jaati hai khud ba khud
Thoda sa style hai baby

Kitne time se tere pichhe muuaah
Killas maal hai baby kalli kahin tu mujhko mil
Agar ho koi anhoni to tu khaliyo i-pill

Hunger for My Love

You are answer to my hunger
And hunger for my love
Rooting me to reality
Cloaking from above

You are muse for the artist
And art for my soul
Reason for my strife
Bounty of my goal

You are the fuel for my passion
And passion for my dreams
My yearning for romance
Quenched - so it seems

I asked for a rose
I got a whole bouqet
Life gave me you, when
Love is all I prayed

Alas,
for the mismatch to Lone,
For its withheld,
And, yet again,
Unknowingly concurrent.....
Seek, what I desire,
Again for its a never ending seek
For  I Seek and Seek
Seek till I breathe
For am a human

Not my lines except the last para, thanks IC for the wonderful post,

Diversity and Deviance: A Biological Perspective

Diversity and Deviance: A Biological Perspective

Why does oppression exist? What is responsible for it? Perhaps most importantly, what can be done about it? In deal with pressing social and political concerns, it is sometimes helpful to step back at least briefly and look at the problems from a broader perspective. Oppression is not unique to a particular time or to a particular human group. It is instead a longstanding and widespread phenomenon of human history. One can’t escape the feeling that oppression somehow relates as much to the biology of the human species (and perhaps to biology more generally) as it does to the characteristics of individual human beings or of particular social groups.

This is not to say that nothing can be done about oppression, but rather that in trying to eliminate it, knowing a bit of biology may be helpful. Biology, unfortunately, has something of a bad reputation in this area.

Too frequently, one group of human beings has justified oppression against another group on the grounds of allegedly biological arguments. The essence of such arguments is that it is somehow possible to rank groups of human beings one against another and hence to say which is superior and which inferior. I hope to convey here, first and foremostly, that any argument of this kind reflects a profound misunderstanding of basic principles of biological organization. In fact, I believe that these principles do more than provide a basis for the rejection of specious arguments: they provide as well a useful framework for new efforts to understand and combat oppression.

When someone mentions biology, the first thing that probably comes to most people’s minds is “evolution operates through the survival of the fittest” or “oxygen is necessary for life” or some other similar rule taught in biology class. These rules are useful summarizing statements about one of the most characteristic features of living organization: it has a very high degree of order. But if, instead of calling up associations with biology in the classroom, we look around and try to describe life as we actually see it, its most obvious characteristic is not order. It is instead diversity. When you look out the window, what you see is not a predictable distribution of a particular element but an assortment of living things, an assortment which is different in each direction you look. Moreover, if you happen to see six pine trees, you don’t see one paradigmatic pine tree replicated six times. You see six pine trees, each different from the others. This is true of any biological system: a cell, an organism, a group of organisms, the entire earth. They are all made up of elements which differ from one another.

Diversity is as fundamental to life as is order. It is neither incidental nor detrimental. It is instead essential to the success of any biological entity. A human being exists only as an assembly of many different kinds of cells: blood cells, skin cells, sex cells, brain cells, lymphocytes, and so on. Not only do cells differ in kind, but in many cases, there are important differences among individual cells of a given kind. Similarly, the earth can exist as a biosphere precisely because of the diversity of organisms it contains. Animals are not capable of photosynthesis and would not survive if there weren’t plants to trap the energy of sunlight. The success of biological systems in general is due not to homogeneity but to heterogeneity: they depend critically on the existence of differences in the elements which make them up. The human species is no different, and this alone is enough to raise serious questions about any effort to rank one human or group of humans against another. It is meaningless to ask whether one lymphocyte is better than another, or whether blood cells are better than nerve cells. Each is essential for the success of the others, and for the success of the larger whole.

Diversity is of even greater importance for the origin of successful biological systems. The reason we exist in our current forms is that, over a long period of time, variants of the ancestors of humans, and before that, variants of the ancestors of the ancestors were produced. Natural selection acted on the pool of variation to yield what we now see as human beings, and the same is true of lions, wolves, maples, and piranha. Natural selection isn’t interested in producing a perfect lion, maple, piranha or human being. Rather, the biological process aims to produce variants. This is the only way to be prepared for unknown challenges, times when the environment, the reality which selection reflects, changes in unpredictable ways. It is the variants which provide the basis for dealing with such challenges. The odds against the survival of a completely homogeneous species are exceedingly grim. We are the product of those variants, over millions of years, who were able to survive and reproduce in the face of new, sometimes sudden, challenges. Our survival continues to depend on our production and nurturing of variants. There is no way for us to predict which variants of the human species will be able to cope well in an unknown future environment.

Diversity is thus fundamental to successful biological organization for two reasons: a profound mutual interdependence of variants in the here and now, and an even more profound dependence on variants to meet the challenges of the future. Together, these two characteristics make absolute nonsense of any argument which claims that human beings can be biologically ranked one against another. Without the prototype, the paradigm which has never and will never exist, and which would not be in the best interests of life anyhow, there is no biological sense to the words “superior” and “inferior.”

I think that this biological perspective has an even wider significance. It suggests that diversity is not only something to be tolerated but something to be encouraged. The best argument against oppression may not be the common characteristics of all human beings but the great, indeed critical, value of their differences. Our political system appropriately acknowledges the common characteristics as a basis for every individual’s human rights. But a properly functioning social system may well depend as much on the differences among individuals as it does on their similarities. Biology would seem to tell us that the rights of individuals and of distinctive groups of individuals should be regarded as deriving not only from their common characteristics but also from their differences.

The biological perspective may also help in answering the question of why oppression exists, though what I have to offer here is more an approach for further investigation than a completed explanation. The order evident in biological systems, as I have said, derives from and continues to be dependent on the generation of diversity. Yet too high a degree of deviance may disrupt some minimum level of order on which biological systems also depend. There is a dynamic tension between order and variance. Surely on e of the roots of oppression is a perceived threat on the part of one group that the social system will be disrupted by another group.

What needs to be explored is the human inclination to equate the disturbance or altering of social systems with biological hazard. In the case of convicted murderers, there is a reasonable basis for equating social and biological threat. But to perceive a particular skin color as biologically hazardous is, very simply, to be wrong.

We need a better understanding of how humans learn to perceive and evaluate threats as individuals and as groups, of what disrupts and what supports group cohesiveness, and of how group identification and success relate to biological success. These questions are complex and extend from the realm of biology into those of psychology, sociology, and political science. At the same time, these questions are approachable, and the understanding gained from investigating them might go a long way toward helping the human species outgrow its oppressive inclinations.

There is hard work to be done, and much time to pass, before oppression will disappear entirely as a characteristic of our species. But the objective, as seen from the biological standpoint, is clear: a social and political system which respects and nurtures differences instead of attempting to eliminate them, and one which assures that community actions reflect the wisdom inherent in the assortment of perspectives made available by those differences and not the relative numbers, wealth, or status of the individuals holding the various perspectives.

Chhath Pooja (Hindi: छठ, also called Dala Chhath)

Chhath Pooja

None of the above pictures are "Me", Just Random captures and contibution (Last 2) by VK

Chhath (Hindi: छठ, also called Dala Chhath) is an ancient Hindu festival and only Vedic Festival dedicated to the Hindu Sun God, Surya, also known as Surya Shashti. The Chhath Puja is performed in order to thank Surya for sustaining life on earth and to request the granting of certain wishes. The Sun, considered the god of energy and of the life-force, is worshiped during the Chhath fesival to promote well-being, prosperity and progress. In Hinduism, Sun worship is believed to help cure a variety of diseases, including leprosy, and helps ensure the longevity and prosperity of family members, friends, and elders.
The rituals of the festival are rigorous and are observed over a period of four days. They include holy bathing, fasting and abstaining from drinking water (Vratta), standing in water for long periods of time, and offering prashad (prayer offerings) and aragh to the setting and rising sun.
Although it is observed most elaborately in Bihar, Jharkhand, Eastern UP and the Terai regions of Nepal in modern times, and is more prevalent in areas where migrants from those areas have a presence, it is celebrated in all regions and major urban centers in India.

There is also a yogic process of Chhath that may have been associated with the religious observance of Chhath puja. All the traditional rules of Chhath puja have also got some strong scientific reasons behind it & by following that maximum benefits can be gained.

The Yogic Philosophy of Chhath

According to yogic philosophy, the physical bodies of all the living organisms are highly sophisticated energy conducting channels. The solar bio-electricity starts flowing in the human body when it is exposed to solar radiations of specific wavelengths. Under particular physical and mental conditions, the absorption and conduction of this solar-bio-electricity increases. The processes and the rituals of the Chhath puja aim at preparing the body and the mind of the Vratti (devotee) for the process of cosmic solar energy infusion.

The scientific process similar to Chhath was used by the Rishis of yore for carrying out their austerities without any intake of solid or liquid diet. Using a process similar to the Chhath puja, they were able to absorb the energy needed for sustenance directly from the sun, instead of taking it indirectly through food and water.

The retina is a kind of photoelectric material, which emits subtle energy when exposed to light. Hence, very subtle electric energy starts flowing from the retina. This energy (photo-bio-electricity) is transmitted from the retina to the pineal gland by the optic nerves connecting the retina to the pineal gland, leading to its activation. The pineal gland is in close proximity with the pituitary and hypothalamus glands (together, three glands are called Triveni) due to which, the energy generated in this process starts impacting these glands. Consequently, the pranic activity becomes uniform, giving the Vratti good health and a calm mind.

Stages of Chhath (Conscious Photoenergization Process)

According to Yoga philosophy, the process of Chhath is divided into six stages of the Conscious Cosmic Solar Energy Infusion Technique (Conscious Photoenergization Process).

Stage 1: Fasting and the discipline of cleanliness leads to detoxification of the body and mind. This stage prepares the body and mind of the Vratti (devotee) to receive the cosmic solar energy.

Stage 2: Standing in a water body with half the body (navel deep) in the water minimizes the leak of energy and helps the prana (psychic energy) to move up the sushumna (psychic channel in the spine).

Stage 3: Cosmic Solar Energy enters the Vratti’s pineal, pituitary and hypothalamus glands (Triveni complex) through the retina and optic nerves.

Stage 4: Activation of Triveni tri-glandular complex (pineal, pituitary and hypothalamus).

Stage 5: A kind of polarization happens in the spine, which results in the Vratti’s (devotee) gross and subtle bodies getting transformed into a cosmic powerhouse. This can also lead to the awakening of the latent psychic energy popularly known as the Kundalini Shakti.

Stage 6: The body of the Vratti (devotee) becomes a channel which conducts, recycles and transmits the energy into the entire universe.

Benefits of Chhath process

The Chhath process results in detoxification
The Chhath process stresses mental discipline. The discipline of mental purity is a result of this work. By employing a number of rituals, the vrattis focus on maintaining the cleanliness of the offerings and environment. Cleanliness is the most dominant thought that prevails in the minds of all the devotees during Chhath.
This has a great detoxification effect on the body and the mind as mental moods can result in biochemical changes. Now comes the physical detoxification. The fasting paves the way for detoxification at a material level.
Detoxification helps in regularizing the flow of prana and makes the person more energetic. The natural immune system of the body spends much of its energy in fighting the toxins present in the body. By using the detoxification methods such as pranayam, meditation, yoga and Chhath practices, the amount of toxins present in the body can be reduced to a great extent. Thus, with reduction in the amount of toxins, the expenditure of energy also reduces and you feel more energetic. It improves the appearance of the skin. The eyesight can improve and the ageing process of the body slows down.

Benefits of Chhath Puja

Photo-electro-chemical effect: physical benefits
The Chhath practice improves the immunity of the Vratti’s body.
Antiseptic effect: Safe radiation of sunlight can help cure fungal and bacterial infections of the skin.
Raktavardhak (increase in fighting power of blood): As a consequence of the practice of Chhath, the energy infused in the blood stream improves the performance of white blood cells.
The solar energy has a great influence on the glands, which results in balanced secretion of hormones.
Energy requirements are met by the solar energy directly. This will further detoxify the body.
Photo-electro-psychic effects: mental benefits
A state of creative calmness will prevail in the mind.
To a great extent, all negative responses have their origin in the disturbed flow of prana. With the pranic flow regularized, the duration and frequency of occurrences of anger, jealousy, and other negative emotions will be reduced.
With patient and sincere practice, the psychic powers like intuition, healing, and telepathy awaken. This depends on the concentration with which the practice is undertaken.

Daily sun meditation (Chhath process)

In the fast lifestyle of the present times, it may not be possible to follow the Chhath process very often. The detoxification can be undertaken through pranayam, yoga, meditation and Conscious Photoenergization Process known as Chhath Dhyan Sadhana (CDS).
Chhath Dhyan Sadhana (CDS): Conscious Photoenergization Process
Assume a comfortable position (standing or sitting) with back and spine straight. With eyes closed, face the Sun. Inhale completely, as slowly as possible. Do not strain in making the breathing slow. Maintain your comfort level. As you breath in, visualize (feelingly experience) the cosmic solar energy entering through your eyes and moving to the pineal gland through optic nerves and charging the pineal–pituitary–hypothalamus complex. Now, as you exhale, visualize the cosmic solar energy flowing down the pineal gland and spreading throughout your body with a revitalizing effect.
Thus, the process starts with inhalation and ends in exhalation. This constitutes one round. It is suggested to start with five rounds (two minutes), and increase it time permitting. On completion of the practice, thank the Sun for bestowing upon you the life giving solar energy. Thereafter, sit quietly for a minute, observing the good things in the environment around.
CDS should be practiced within one-hour window after sunrise or within one-hour window before sunset. Any person of any age can practice CDS. If you wish to practice CDS at any time other than sunrise or sunset, do not practice it in front of Sun. You can however, practice CDS in a room. Even a bed-ridden person can try and consciously draw in the solar energy while lying on the bed. With regular practice, he/she will notice an improvement in physical and mental health. For those who are not comfortable facing the sun, they can practice the technique in any room having proper ventilation. If you have time, you can also practice it twice a day. Do not hurry in increasing the number of rounds, as there are no shortcuts to success in this method. The nervous system of the body takes its own time in adapting and to be able to receive the energy.
Significance of emphasis on sunrise and Sunset periods
Only sunrise and sunset are the periods during which the majority of humans can safely obtain the solar energy directly from the Sun. However, there may be some exceptions. That is why, in Chhath puja, there is a tradition of offering Arghya to the Sun in late evening and in early morning. During these phases (one hour window after sunrise and before sunset), the ultraviolet radiation levels remain in safe limits.

Also to be kept in mind that the water of Yamuna are not so hygienic, its literally a lot of efforts to be in a dirty drainy river at around 7Am in the morning half submerged, hats off to the people who do this, however I feel hygiene is important and there can be hygienic ways to accomplish the same.

Yet again this like all other blogs is not to hurt the feelings, sentiments of any individual, person or community, however this is just a collection of what I have browsed looking for an article, and perhaps some real pics.

as stated in India Today:

The river Yamuna no longer flows through the Capital. What we see is a glorified drain, with more sewage and little water.

The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) told the Supreme Court on Friday that Yamuna has almost ceased to exist in Delhi with no fresh water but the flow was maintained by treated and untreated water from the Najafgarh drain.

"For major part of the year, river Yamuna does not flow downstream of Wazirabad barrage as all the river water upstream of the barrage is ponded (sic) for water supply in Delhi. Yamuna flows after confluence of Najafgarh drain downstream of Wazirabad barrage," the CPCB said in its interim report to the apex court which is monitoring the cleaning drive of the river.

CPCB counsel Vijay Panjwani submitted before a bench presided over by Justice Swatanter Kumar at the outset that Yamuna, after the Wazirabad barrage was merely a drain. "You mean there is no river water?" Justice Kumar asked. Panjwani said river water at the barrage was diverted to treatment plants for water supply.

He further pointed out that 37 per cent of the sewage treatment plants (STPs) in Delhi were under-utilised as they did not receive sewage because of lack of drainage system in many areas. Giving three weeks for a final report, the court said it expected definite suggestions with respect to the drainage system and the manner in which pollution could be controlled to change 'dirty' Yamuna to clean Yamuna in the larger interests of people.

The facts presented before the apex court, however, did not come as surprise to the experts and environmentalists who have been campaigning for a cleaner, lively Yamuna for years. "Nothing can be done about Yamuna unless we can operate all the STPs at 100 percent capacity; pump in about Rs.30,000 crore for a major infrastructure overhaul; and reduce the population pressure in the national capital with some incentives," said Vikram Soni, a Jamia University professor.

Ravi Agarwal, director of Toxics India, wanted the government to ensure that there was a limit to the amount of water that can be drawn from the river. Himanshu Thakkar, coordinator at the South Asian Network on Dams, Rivers and People described Yamuna as a "national shame".

The Art of Peace

 The Art of Peace

An indeed worthy contribution by NP.

Morihei Ueshiba (1883-1969) was history’s greatest martial artist. He was the founder of Aikido, which can be translated as “The Art of Peace.” Morihei Ueshiba is referred to by the practitioners of Aikido as O-Sensei, “The Great Teacher”. The following quotations have been compiled from O-Sensei’s collected talks, poems, and calligraphy, and from oral tradition.

One

The Art of Peace begins with you. Work on yourself and your appointed task in the Art of Peace. Everyone has a spirit that can be refined, a body that can be trained in some manner, a suitable path to follow. You are here for no other purpose than to realize your inner divinity and manifest your innate enlightenment. Foster peace in your own life and then apply the Art to all that you encounter.

Two

One does not need buildings, money, power, or status to practice the Art of Peace. Heaven is right where you are standing, and that is the place to train.

Three

All things, material and spiritual, originate from one source and are related as if they were one family. The past, present, and future are all contained in the life force. The universe emerged and developed from one source, and we evolved through the optimal process of unification and harmonization.

Four

The Art of Peace is medicine for a sick world. There is evil and disorder in the world because people have forgotten that all things emanate from one source. Return to that source and leave behind all self-centered thoughts, petty desires, and anger. Those who are possessed by nothing possess everything.

Five

If you have not
Linked yourself
To true emptiness,
You will never understand
The Art of Peace.

Six

The Art of Peace functions everywhere on earth, in realms ranging from the vastness of space down to the tiniest plants and animals. The life force is all-pervasive and its strength boundless. The Art of Peace allows us to percieve and tap into that tremendous reserve of universal energy.

Seven

Eight forces sustain creation:
Movement and stillness,
Solidification and fluidity,
Extension and contraction,
Unification and division.

Eight

Life is growth. If we stop growing, technically and spiritually, we are as good as dead. The Art of Peace is a celebration of the bonding of heaven, earth, and humankind. It is all that is true, good, and beautiful.

Nine

Now and again, it is necessary to seclude yourself among deep mountains and hidden valleys to restore your link to the source of life. Breathe in and let yourself soar to the ends of the universe; breathe out and bring the cosmos back inside. Next, breathe up all fecundity and vibrancy of the earth. Finally, blend the breath of heaven and the breath of earth with your own, becoming the Breath of Life itself.

Ten

All the priciples of heaven and earth are living inside you. Life itself is the truth, and this will never change. Everything in heaven and earth breathes. Breath is the thread that ties creation together. When the myriad variations in the universal breath can be sensed, the individual techniques of the Art of Peace are born.

Eleven

Consider the ebb and flow of the tide. When waves come to strike the shore, they crest and fall, creating a sound. your breath should follow the same pattern, absorbing the entire universe in your belly with each inhalation. Know that we all have access to four treasures: the energy of the sun and moon, the breath of heaven, the breath of earth, and the ebb and flow of the tide.

Twelve

Those who practice the Art of Peace must protect the domain of Mother Nature, the divine reflection of creation, and keep it lovely and fresh. Warriorship gives birth to natural beauty. The subtle techniques of a warrior arise as naturally as the appearence of spring, summer, autumn, and winter. Warriorship is none other than the vitality that sustains all life.

Thirteen

When life is victorious, there is birth; when it is thwarted, there is death. A warrior is always engaged in a life-and-death struggle for Peace.

Fourteen

Contemplate the workings of this world, listen to the words of the wise, and take all that is good as your own. With this as your base, open your own door to truth. Do not overlook the truth that is right before you. Study how water flows in a valley stream, smoothly and freely between the rocks. Also learn from holy books and wise people. Everything – even mountains, rivers, plants and trees – should be your teacher.

Fifteen

Create each day anew by clothing yourself with heaven and earth, bathing yourself with wisdom and love, and placing yourself in the heart of Mother Nature.

Sixteen

Do not fail
To learn from
The pure voice of an
Ever-flowing mountain stream
Splashing over the rocks.

Seventeen

Peace originates with the flow of things – its heart is like the movement of the wind and waves. The Way is like the veins that circulate blood through our bodies, following the natural flow of the life force. If you are seperated in the slightest from that divine essence, you are far off the path.

Eighteen

Your heart is full of fertile seeds, waiting to sprout. Just as a lotus flower springs from the mire to bloom splendidly, the interaction of the cosmic breath causes the flower of the spirit to bloom and bear fruit in this world.

Nineteen

Study the teachings of the pine tree, the bamboo, and the plum blossom. The pine is evergreen, firmly rooted, and venerable. The bamboo is strong, resilient, unbreakable. The plum blossom is hardy, fragrant, and elegant.

Twenty

Always keep your mind as bright and clear as the vast sky, the great ocean, and the highest peak, empty of all thoughts. Always keep your body filled with light and heat. Fill yourself with the power of wisdom and enlightenment.

Twenty One

As soon as you concern yourself with the “good” and “bad” of your fellows, you create an opening in your heart for maliciousness to enter. Testing, competing with, and criticizing others weaken and defeat you.

Twenty Two

The penetrating brilliance of swords
Wielded by followers of the Way
Strikes at the evil enemy
Lurking deep within
Their own souls and bodies

Twenty Three

The Art of Peace is not easy. It is a fight to the finish, the slaying of evil desires and all falsehood within. on occasion the Voice of Peace resounds like thunder, jolting human beings out of their stupor.

Twenty Four

Crystal clear,
Sharp and bright,
The sacred sword
Allows no opening
For evil to roost.

Twenty Five

To practice properly the Art of Peace, you must:
Calm the spirit and return to the source.
Cleanse the body and spirit by removing all malice, selfishness, and desire.
Be ever-grateful for the gifts received from the universe, your family, Mother Nature, and your fellow human beings.

Twenty Six

The Art of Peace is based on Four Great Virtues: Bravery, Wisdom, Love, and Friendship, symbolized by Fire, Heaven, Earth, and Water.

Twenty Seven

The essence of the Art of Peace is to cleanse yourself of maliciousness, to get in tune with your environment, and to clear your path of all obstacles and barriers.

Twenty Eight

The only cure for materialism is the cleansing of the six senses (eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind). If the senses are clogged, one’s perception is stifled. The more it is stifled, the more contaminated the senses become. This creates disorder in the world, and that is the greatest evil of all. Polish the heart, free the six senses and let them function without obstruction, and your entire body and soul will glow.

Twenty Nine

All life is a manifestation of the spirit, the manifestation of love. And the Art of Peace is the purest form of that principle. A warrior is charged with bringing a halt to all contention and strife. Universal love functions in many forms; each manifestation should be allowed free expression. The Art of Peace is true democracy.

Thirty

Each and every master, regardless of the era or place, heard the call and attained harmony with heaven and earth. There are many paths leading to the top of Mount Fuji, but there is only one summit – love.

Thirty One

Loyalty and devotion lead to bravery. Bravery leads to the spirit of self-sacrifice. The spirit of self-sacrifice creates trust in the power of love.

Thirty Two

Economy is the basis of society. When the economy is stable, society develops. The ideal economy combines the spiritual and the material, and the best commodities to trade in are sincerity and love.

Thirty Three

The Art of Peace does not rely on weapons or brute force to succeed; instead we put ourselves in tune with the universe, maintain peace in our own realms, nurture life, and prevent death and destruction. The true meaning of the termsamurai is one who serves and adheres to the power of love.

Thirty Four

Foster and polish
The warior spirit
While serving in the world;
Illuminate the path
According to your inner light.

Thirty Five

The Path of Peace is exceedingly vast, reflecting the grand design of the hidden and manifest worlds. A warrior is a living shrine of the divine, one who serves that grand purpose.

Thirty Six

Your mind should be in harmony with the functioning of the universe; your body should be in tune with the movement of the universe; body and mind should be bound as one, unified with the activity of the universe.

Thirty Seven

Even though our path is completely different from the warrior arts of the past, it is not necessary to abondon totally the old ways. Absorb venerable traditions into this Art by clothing them with fresh garmets, and build on the classic styles to create better forms.

Thirty Eight

Daily training in the Art of Peace allows you inner divinity to shine brighter and brighter. Do not concern yourself with the right and wrong of others. Do not be calculating or act unnaturally. Keep your mind set on the Art of Peace, and do not criticize other teachers or traditions. The Art of Peace never restrains, restricts, or shackles anything. It embraces all and purifies everything.

Thirty Nine

Practice the Art of Peace sincerely, and evil thoughts and deeds will naturally disappear. The only desire that should remain is the thirst for more and more training in the Way.

Forty

Those who are enlightened never stop forging themselves. The realizations of such masters cannot be expressed well in words or by theories. The most perfect actions echo the patterns found in nature.

Forty One

Day after day
Train your heart out,
Refining your technique:
Use the One to strike the Many!
That is the discipline of the Warrior.

Forty Two

The Way of a Warrior
Cannot be encompassed
By words or in letters:
Grasp the essence
And move on toward realization!

Forty Three

The purpose of training is to tighten up the slack, toughen the body, and polish the spirit.

Forty Four

Iron is full of impurities that weaken it; through forging, it becomes steel and is transformed into razor-sharp sword. Human beings develop in the same fashion.

Forty Five

From ancient times,
Deep learning and valor
Have been the two pillars of the Path:
Trhough the virtue of training,
Enlighten both body and soul.

Forty Six

Instructors can impart only a fraction of the teaching. It is through your own devoted practice that the mysteries of the Art of Peace are brought to life.

Forty Seven

The Way of a Warrior is based on humanity, love, and sincerity; the heart of martial valor is true bravery, wisdom, love, and friendship. Emphasis on the physical aspects of warriorship is futile, for the power of the body is always limited.

Forty Eight

A true warrior is always armed with the three things: the radiant sword of pacification; the mirror of bravery, wisdom, and friendship; and the precious jewel of enlightenment.

Forty Nine

The heart of a human being is no different from the soul of heaven and earth. In your practice always keep in your thoughts the interaction of heaven and earth, water and fire, yin and yang.

Fifty

The Art of Peace is the principle of nonresistance. Because it is nonresistant, it is victorious from the beginning. Those with evil intentions or contentious thoughts are instantly vanquished. The Art of Peace is invincible because it contends with nothing.

Fifty One

There are no contests in the Art of Peace. A true warrior is invincible because he or she contests with nothing. Defeat means to defeat the mind of contention that we harbor within.

Fifty Two

To injure an opponent is to injure yourself. To control aggression without inflicting injury is the Art of Peace.

Fifty Three

The totally awakened warrior can freely utilize all elements contained in heaven and earth. The true warrior learns how to correctly perceive the activity of the universe and how to transform martial techniques into vehicles of purity, goodness, and beauty. A warrior’s mind and body must be permeated with enlightened wisdom and deep calm.

Fifty Four

Always practice the Art of Peace in a vibrant and joyful manner.

Fifty Five

It is neccessary to develop a strategy that utilizes all the physical conditions and elements that are directly at hand. The best strategy relies upon an unlimited set of responses.

Fifty Six

A good stance and posture reflect a proper state of mind.

Fifty Seven

The key to good technique is to keep your hands, feet, and hips straight and centered. If you are centered, you can move freely. The physical center is your belly; if your mind is set there as well, you are assured of victory in any endeavor.

Fifty Eight

Move like a beam of light:
Fly like lightning,
Strike like thunder,
Whirl in circles around
A stable center.

Fifty Nine

Techniques employ four qualities that reflect the nature of our world. Depending on the circumstance, you should be: hard as a diomand, flexible as a willow, smooth-flowing like water, or as empty as space.

Sixty

If your opponent strikes with fire, counter with water, becoming completely fluid and free-flowing. Water, by its nature, never collides with or breaks against anything. On the contrary, it swallows up any attack harmlessly.

Sixty One

Functioning harmoniously together, right and left give birth to all techniques. The left hand takes hold of life and death; the right hand controls it. The four limbs of the body are the four pillars of heaven, and manifest the eight directions, yin andyang, inner and outer.

Sixty Two

Manifestyang
In your right hand,
Balance it with
Theyin of your left,
And guide your partner.

Sixty Three

The techniques of the Art of Peace are neither fast nor slow, nor are they inside or outside. They transcend time and space.

Sixty Four

Spring forth from the Great Earth;
Billow like Great Waves;
Stand like a tree, sit like a rock;
Use One to strike All.
Learn and forget!

Sixty Five

When an opponent comes forward, move in and greet him; if he wants to pull back, send him on his way.

Sixty Six

The body should be triangular, the mind circular. The triangle represents the generation of energy and is the most stable physical posture. The circle symbolizes serenity and perfection, the source of unlimited techniques. The square stands for solidity, the basis of applied control.

Sixty Seven

Always try to be in communion with heaven and earth; then the world will appear in its true light. Self-conceit will vanish, and you can blend with any attack.

Sixty Eight

If your heart is large enough to envelop your adversaries, you can see right through them and avoid their attacks. And once you envelop them, you will be able to guide them along the path indicated to you by heaven and earth.

Sixty Nine

Free of weakness,
No-midedly ignore
The sharp attacks
Of your enemies:
Step in and act!

Seventy

Do not look upon this world with fear and loathing. Bravely face whatever the gods offer.

Seventy One

Each day of human life contains joy and anger, pain and pleasure, darkness and light, growth and decay. Each moment is etched with nature’s grand design – do not try to deny or oppose the cosmic order of things.

Seventy Two

Protectors of the world
And gaurdians of the Ways
Of gods and buddhas,
The techniques of Peace
Enable us to meet every challenge.

Seventy Three

Life itself is always a trial. In training, you must test and polish yourself in order to face the great challenges of life. Transcend the realm of life and death, and then you will be able to make your way calmly and safely through any crisis that confronts you.

Seventy Four

Be grateful even for hardship, setbacks, and bad people. Dealing with such obstacles is an essential part of training in the Art of Peace.

Seventy Five

Failure is the key to success;
Each mistake teaches us something.

Seventy Six

In extreme situations, the entire universe becomes our foe; at such critical times, unity of mind and technique is essential – do not let your heart waver!

Seventy Seven

At tthe instant
A warrior
Confronts a foe,
All things
Come into focus.

Seventy Eight

Even when called out
By a single foe,
Remain on gaurd,
For you are always surrounded
By a host of enemies.

Seventy Nine

The Art of Peace is to fulfill that which is lacking.

Eighty

One should be prepared to receive ninety-nine percent of an enemy’s attack and stare death right in the face in order to illumine the Path.

Eighty One

In our techniques we enter completely into, blend totally with, and control firmly an attack. Strength resides where one’ski is concentrated and stable; confusion and maliciousness arise whenki stagnates.

Eighty Two

There are two type ofki: ordinaryki and trueki. Ordinaryki is coarse and heavy; trueki is light and versatile. In order to perform well, you have to liberate yourself from ordinaryki and permeate your organs with trueki. That is the basis of powerful technique.

Eighty Three

In the Art of Peace we never attack. An attack is proof that one is out of control. Never run away from any kind of challenge, but do not try to suppress or control an opponent unnaturally. Let attackers come any way they like and then blend with them. Never chase after opponents. Redirect each attack and get firmly behind it.

Eighty Four

Seeing me before him,
The enemy attacks,
But by that time
I am already standing
Safely behind him.

Eighty Five

When attacked, unify the upper, middle, and lower parts of your body. Enter, turn, and blend with your opponent, front and back, right and left.

Eighty Six

Your spirit is the true shield.

Eighty Seven

Opponents confront us continually, but actually there is no opponent there. Enter deeply into an attack and neutralize it as you draw that misdirected force into your own sphere.

Eighty Eight

Do not stare into the eyes of your opponent: he may mesmerize you. Do not fix your gaze on his sword: he may intimidate you. Do not focus on your opponent at all: he may absorb your energy. The essence of training is to bring your opponent completely into your sphere. Then you can stand where you like.

Eighty Nine

Even the most powerful human being has a limited sphere of strength. Draw him outside of that sphere and into your own, and his strength will dissipate.

Ninety

Left and right,
Avoid all
Cuts and parries.
Seize your opponents’ minds
And scatter them all!

Ninety One

The real Art of Peace is not to sacrifice a single one of your warriors to defeat an enemy. Vanquish your foes by always keeping yourself in a safe and unassailable position; then no one will suffer any losses. The Way of a Warrior, the Art of Politics, is to stop trouble before it starts. It consists in defeating your adversaries spiritually by making them realize the folly of their actions. The Way of a Warrior is to establish harmony.

Ninety Two

Master the divine techniques
Of the Art of Peace,
And no enemy
Will dare to
Challenge you.

Ninety Three

In your training do not be in a hurry, for it takes a minimum of ten years to master the basics and advance to the first rung. Never think of yourself as an all-knowing, perfected master; you must continue to train daily with your friends and students and progress together in the Art of Peace.

Ninety Four

Progress comes
To those who
Train and train;
Reliance on secret techniques
Will get you nowhere.

Ninety Five

Fiddling with this
And that technique
Is of no avail.
Simply act decisively
Without reserve!

Ninety Six

If you perceive the true form of heaven and earth, you will be enlightened to your own true form. If you are enlightened about a certain principle, you can put it into practice. After each practical application, reflect on your efforts. Progress continually like this.

Ninety Seven

The Art of Peace can be summed up like this: True victory is self-victory; let that day arrive quickly! “True victory” means unflinching courage; “self-victory” symbolizes unflagging effort; and “let that day arrive quickly” represents the glorious moment of triumph in the here and now.

Ninety Eight

Cast off limiting thoughts and return to true emptiness. Stand in the midst of the Great Void. This is the secret of the Way of a Warrior.

Ninety Nine

To truly implement the Art of Peace, you must be able to sport freely in the manifest, hidden, and divine realms.

One Hundred

If you comprehend
The Art of Peace,
This difficult path,
Just as it is,
Envelops the cirle of heaven.

One Hundred One

The techniques of the Way of Peace change constantly; every encounter is unique, and the appropriate response should emerge naturally. Today’s techniques will be different tommorrow. Do not get caught up with the form and appearance of a challenge. The Art of Peace has no form – it is the study of the spirit.

One Hundred Two

Ultimately, you must forget about technique. The further you progress, the fewer teachings there are.
The Great Path is really No Path.

One Hundred Three

The Art of Peace that I practice has room for each of the world’s eight million gods, and I cooperate with them all. The God of Peace is very great and enjoins all that is divine and enlightened in every land.

One Hundred Four

The Art of Peace is a form of prayer that generates light and heat. Forget about your little self, detach yourself from objects, and you will radiate light and warmth. Light is wisdom; warmth is compassion.

One Hundred Five

Construction of shrine and temple buildings is not enough. Establish yourself as a living buddha image. We all should be transformed into goddesses of compassion or victorious buddhas.

One Hundred Six

Rely on Peace
To activate your
Manifold powers;
Pacify your environment
And create a beautiful world.

One Hundred Seven

The Divine is not something high above us. It is in heaven, it is in earth, it is inside of us.

One Hundred Eight

Unite yourself to the cosmos, and the thought of transcendence will disappear. Transcendence belongs to the profane world. When all trace of transcendence vanishes, the true person – the Divein Being – is manifest. Empty yourself and let the Divine function.

One Hundred Nine

You cannot see or touch the Divine with your gross senses. The Divine is within you, not somewhere
else. Unite yourself to the Divine, and you will be able to perceive gods wherever you are, but do not try
to grasp or cling to them.

One Hundred Ten

The Divine does not like to be shut up in a building. The Divine likes to be out in the open. It is right
here in this very body. Each one of us is a miniature universe, a living shrine.

One Hundred Eleven

When you bow deeply to the universe, it bows back; when you call out the name of God, it echoes
inside you.

One Hundred Twelve

The Art of Peace is the religion that is not a religion; it perfects and completes all religions.

One Hundred Thirteen

The Path is exceedingly vast. From ancient times to the present day, even the greatest sages were unable to perceive and comprehend the entire truth; the explanation and teachings of masters and saints express only part of the whole. It is not possible for anyone to speak of such things in their entirety. Just head for the light and heat, learn from the gods, and through the virtue of devoted practice of the Art of Peace, become one with the Divine.

One Hundred Fourteen

The divine beauty
Of heaven and earth!
All creation,
Members of
One family.

The lyrics of the song..........

Laakh duniya kahe, tum nahi ho
Tum yahin ho, tum yahin ho
Laakh duniya kahe, tum nahi ho
Tum yahin ho, tum yahin ho

Meri har soch mein, meri har baat mein
Mere ehsaas mein, mere jazbaat mein
Tum hi tum ho
Tum har kahin ho
Hoo laakh duniya kahe tum nahi ho
Tum yahin ho, tum yahin ho
Hoo laakh duniya kahe tum nahi ho
Tum yahin ho, tum yahin ho

Tumne chhoda hai kab saath mera
Thaame ho aaj bhi haath mera
Koi manzil koi rehguzar ho
Aaj bhi tum mere humsafar ho
Jaaun chaahe jahaan tum wahin ho
Hoo laakh duniya kahe tum nahi ho
Tum yahin ho, tum yahin ho
Hoo laakh duniya kahe tum nahi ho

Tum yahin ho, tum yahin ho...

Khushboo banke hawaaon mein tum ho
Rang banke fizaaon mein tum ho
Koi gaaye koi saans goonje
Sab sureeli sadaaon mein tum ho
Tumko har roop mein dil hai pehchanta
Log hai bekhabar par hai dil jaanta
Tu mere paas ho, dilnashin ho
Hoo laakh duniya kahe tum nahi ho
Tum yahin ho, tum yahin ho
Hoo laakh duniya kahe tum nahi ho
Tum yahin ho, tum yahin ho

Tum yahin ho, tum yahin ho...
